German Certification Body understands and recognizes the responsibility of addressing complaints and correcting possible mistakes as those are one of the most fundamentally efficient ways to constantly improve and get better at what we are doing.
We acknowledge all complaints within a working week and try to resolve complaints within a month. You have the right to respond to us in one week, and we may reconsider the case. We always communicate the results via email or any other channel you have provided. If we have made a mistake, you will receive a written apology from us. Your privacy is protected with us.
