Complaint and Appeal Form
German Certification Body understands and recognizes the responsibility of addressing complaints and appeals. German Certification Body will answer every complaint within five working days. However, the top management does its best to resolve complaints within one month. The complainant has the right to respond to us within one week after our response to the initial complaint or appeal, and the management team may reconsider the complaint or appeal. German Certification Body always communicates the results via email or any other channel the complainant provided to us.
